Leadership Training

Footnotes Reach supports policy makers and those who are in leadership roles. Reach projects can come alongside situations that need help finding a bigger picture perspective. Not only does Reach help individuals in their community contexts, it also helps those in power make the decisions that best help these communities.

There are practical processes that Footnotes can be brought into, such as meetings and initial start-up plans. Places where the actual organising happens — the structuring of teams, the deciphering of budget spending, deciding where the most important need is if it’s an emergency situation.

So we offer leadership training that firstly relates to being aware of the different kinds of thinkers they’re going to be working with, but secondly looks at how they themselves can benefit from a moveable mapping system that keeps it visual, making it discernible and understandable on the ground as well as back in the head office.
